CHANGING TICKETS

We understand that your circumstances may change and you may no longer be able to attend the Festival, or may not be able to arrive with the rest of your group. To accommodate these situations, you can update your details by clicking here or contact Moshtix ticket support. A re-issue processing fee of $10.00 applies.  Please note that we cannot issue refunds.

Note that changes to tickets will not be available after midnight on Thursday 18th August 2016.

TICKET UPGRADES

If you would like to upgrade your tickets (eg. from a Saturday ticket to a North West Weekender or VIP Weekender ticket), then you need to contact Moshtix ticket support. A telephone booking fee will apply (as well as the difference in ticket price).

DOOR SALES

Door sales will only be available on the day of the event for purchase if not sold out prior. Please note tickets are cheaper if you purchase them online before the event.
